1. Bookings

Workshops may be booked through the website, by email or via approved third-party venue platforms. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, MobilePay, and credit/debit card. Prices are mentioned in DKK and may change for future bookings.

3. Cancellations & transfers

Workshop bookings are non-transferable. Participants may transfer their booking to another person by notifying CompleteDestination 24 hours before the workshop and providing the replacement participant’s details.

4. Cancellation by CompleteDestination

If a workshop is cancelled or postponed because of illness, insufficient attendance, venue issues or other unforeseen events, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to another workshop. Liability is limited to the workshop fee except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Participation

Workshops are suitable for participants aged 10+. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed. Participants must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully.

6. Customer-made items

Items created during the workshop may require drying and curing time. Finished items can either be picked up or be shipped within the EU at an additional charge. Because the items are designed by the participant, returns are not accepted except if damaged during transport or required by law.

Since all products are made from 100% organic cotton, shrinkage may occur after washing. Fabric paint may also fade with time and washing. If you take items home at their drying stage, you are responsible for the curing process according to the shared care instructions.

7. Photos & Testimonials

Separate digital consent is obtained before using workshop photographs, videos or testimonials containing a participant’s name or image. Consent may be withdrawn for future use.

8. Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, website content, photographs, logos, and branding remain the intellectual property of CompleteDestination unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.
